Junior High & High School (Grades 6-12)

St. Pius X Youth Ministry is committed to enabling youth to be the leaders of our Church. We affirm the gifts of our youth and foster opportunity to share these gifts with the larger community. The spiritual and social needs of the youth are to be met with the guidance and support of our leadership team in order to grow together in Christian faith.

St. Pius X Youth Center and online.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, youth ministry will use a hybrid model, meeting in small groups at the Youth Center and in larger groups online.

September 15th. Please register by September 9th.

1 child: $15, 2 children: $25, 3 or more children: $30;

Small Groups

Please indicate all small group session availability, ranking in order of preference. Small group sessions will last 1 hour.

Junior High Options: Tuesdays 7pm, Wednesdays 7pm, Fridays 4pm.

High School Options: Wednesdays 7pm, Fridays 6am

Photo Permission

I hereby grant St. Pius X Catholic Church permission to publish photographs, video, or audio recordings in which the above named student(s) appears, while participating in any program associated with St. Pius X on its website, Facebook, bulletin, or other publication. No names will be attached to the photos. (You may change your decision at any time by notifying the office.)

Indemnity Agreement

I grant permission for my child(ren) to participate in St. Pius X Youth Ministry events for 2020-2021 that may require transportation to a location away from the parish site. These activities will take place under the guidance and direction of parish employees and/or volunteers from St. Pius X Parish. As parents and/or legal guardian, I remain legally responsible for any personal actions taken by the above named minor(s). I agree on behalf of myself, my child(ren) named herein, or heirs, successors, and assigns, to hold harmless and defend St. Pius X, its officers, directors, employees and agents, and the Dioceses of Great Falls-Billings, its employees and agents, chaperones, or representatives associated with Children\’s Ministry, from any claim arising from or in connection with my child(ren) attending Children\’s Ministry or in connection with any illness or injury (including death) or cost of medical treatment in connection therewith, and I agree to compensate St. Pius X, its officers, directors and agents, and the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings, its employees and agents and chaperones, or representatives associated with Children\’s Ministry for reasonable attorney\’s fees and expenses which may incur in any action brought against them as a result of such injury or damage, unless such claim arises from the negligence of St. Pius X or the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings.

Parent Involvement Form

Since many hands make for light work, please consider volunteering in one or more of the following areas.

There will be additional activities planned throughout the year to promote faith, learning, and fellowship. These will take place dependent on COVID restrictions in order to promote the health and safety of your children.
All volunteers and paid staff working with children are required to be trained on creating a safe environment through the "Safe and Sacred" online training. (safeandsacred-diocesegfb.org)

All leaders and assistants will be given a volunteer packet with a teacher-friendly manual, a curriculum guide, and support from the Youth Ministry office and other catechists. A special training opportunity and many resources will be provided to all volunteers!
