St. Pius X Catholic Church is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated Pastoral Team. As a vibrant parish community in the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings, St. Pius X is committed to fostering dynamic discipleship and providing a welcoming, supportive environment for all.

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Pastor, Parish Administrator, and ministry staff. Responsibilities include front office reception, managing calls and scheduling, maintaining sacramental and parish records, assisting with mailings and publications, and helping coordinate parish events.

We’re seeking an active and practicing Catholic, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and technology skills, a high school diploma, and experience in administrative support. This position requires an individual who is organized, personable, and committed to serving the needs of our parishioners with compassion and professionalism.
