The Wild Goose Ministry series keeps moving onward! Fr. Dave Pivonka, TOR is our host as we venture deeper into our faith and into our relationship with Jesus. St. Pius X Adult Faith Formation is once again presenting to all parishioners a powerfully rich, spiritually stimulating video series titled, METANOIA on Sunday morning, January 15 & 22 after the 8:30AM Mass in the Fellowship Hall. What actually does the word, metanoia mean? It’s a Greek word that describes a person’s religious conversion. In this continuous, change-of-heart process a person desires and often undergoes a deeper, more profound relationship with Our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Our fifth episode (Jan. 15th) is titled, Jesus Prays, and the film explores just how essential prayer is in our Christian faith, and how our daily prayer life must imitate Jesus’ ministry and way. Our sixth video presentation (Jan. 22nd) titled, Hunger and Thirst, examines how only God can fill our human hearts. Both sessions run from 9:45am to 10:45am. During our time together we will enjoy table fellowship, informative discussions, and some worthwhile faith-sharing. Please place this event on your calendar!
