Get Involved!

We would love to have you actively involved at St. Pius whether it’s for one-hour gathering or a parish commission.  We hope the information found on the various pages of our parish website offers you ways you may answer your baptismal call to serve.

If you have questions about a particular ministry please get in touch with the contact listed on that page.

You may also contact Kathy McCleary Coordinator of Communication & Volunteer for the parish and she will be happy to visit with you.

What Can I Do This Month?

  • Family Promise Host Week April 29-May 5: St. Pius X will host four Family Promise guest families for a week beginning April 29 at the St. Pius X Youth Center. Could you “love your neighbor” by preparing and serving a meal? Could you spend two hours, from 6:30-8:30pm visiting with guests? Children typically outnumber adults. Could you sleep over one night by arriving at 8:30pm and leaving at 6:00am? Other opportunities to serve include washing bedding, shopping, or helping with setup or cleanup. Family Promise parents are working hard to overcome homelessness and create a better life for themselves and their children. Tips to guide your experience and the first names and ages of guests are supplied ahead of time. Please contact Shelly at 656-2522 to find out more about this meaningful and family friendly ministry.
  • Catholic Schools Carnival, sponsored by Billings Catholic Schools Foundation, will be held Sunday, May 20th from 1-5pm.  Volunteers are requested to assist with set-up, beginning at 9am and then tear-down beginning at 5pm. the carnival will be held at St. Francis School, 2202 Colton Boulevard.  If you are interested in helping, please contact Tina Morgan at 406-670-3703; or by email.
