Billings Catholic Campus Ministry – PLUNGE

This past weekend students with Billings Catholic Campus Ministry (BCCM), along with the director of BCCM Mary Ronan Williams and director of youth ministry Deanna Cahill, engaged in an immersion experience with St. Vincent de Paul. These men and women spent Friday night through Sunday morning at St. Vincent de Paul’s downtown location, sleeping among, eating among, talking among the men and women who live on the streets of our city. Gift Bearers Sought

Have you ever wondered how to become a Gift Bearer? These are the men, women or children, individuals or families who bring the bread, wine and monetary gifts forward during the Preparation of Gifts which is the beginning of the Liturgy of the Eucharist. If you are interested in being a Gift Bearer all you need to do is sign up at the table stationed next to the Baptismal Font as you first enter our sanctuary. Again, individuals and/or families are welcome, we need a minimum of three people. We hope you will prayerfully consider being a Gift Bearer!

All adults 18+ are encouraged to join in the Open Gym Night at the St. Francis Intermediate Gym Sunday Night from 6-8pm. Sponsored by the Young Adults of our parish each Sunday night a different activity. Bring a friend and enjoy!

Christmas Angels – Thank you St. Pius!

Once again our parish stepped forward to help our neighbors who could use a little extra over Christmas! Over 600 gifts were distributed to parish families as well as families connected with Interfaith Hospitality Network, Aids Spirit and Angela’s Piazza. Thank you! Please enjoy the photos rotating on our home page which show some of the activity involved in getting the Angel Gifts distributed.

Funds that go to Calvary Cemetery will be used for the perpetual care of the cemetery.

Funds that go to St. Pius X will be managed by the staff in a manner as Fr. Steve would have wished in support of education for the needy and for other charities close to his heart.
